Meeting Minutes & Audits

In order for the Executive Committee to be able to advocate most effectively and strategically on behalf of members, we do not make our meeting minutes publicly available. If you are a member and would like a copy of our full meeting minutes or our external financial audits please email:

As per Section 4.3.3.2.1. of the Bylaws approved in July 2025:

 
"An abbreviated copy of the Executive Committee minutes [shall] be posted on the website within one week of the approval of the minutes, which shall include the date, a complete list of people in attendance and submitted regrets, and a list of submitted reports."
